Over this episode, I will be talking to Freya Levy,  who is a truly inspirational young woman making a difference.

Freya is a Michael Johnson young leader, as well as an events executive at sports charity Panathlon Challenge.

In this episode, you will hear from Freya journey in life and sport and about her training and plans to represent England.    Freya is a talented sportswomen part of the British team for wheelchair rugby 7s, GB Women's Para- Ice hockey team and on the GB Women's wheelchair basketball academy programme. 

Freya shares her story and inspires our young athletes Freya said to me when setting up this episode "Sport has a huge impact on your physical and mental wellbeing and I believe sport should be accessible for all, whether you want to compete at the highest level or get active with your friends."
